Thanks for taking interest in enrolling your child at Precious Children Daycare. Please fill out the form below and a member of staff will be in touch to answer any questions you may have.  

Once you have submitted your interest, you can then visit our New Children’s Checklist to view the required forms that must be completed prior to your child starting in our daycare. The forms are available to download so you can print them out and send them back to us.
