MEET OUR FABULOUS TEAM

Deborah Mahar

I have worked in Precious children Daycare for over 20 years. I previously worked in Childcare in the Local Community on a CE Scheme. I am a qualified level 6 Childcare Assistant, first Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Officer and HACCP Trained. I am a group leader of our Pre-school room at the morning time . A lot of the children I have known from young babies and we are one big bear family. I enjoy doing a lot of activities especial arts and crafts.

Michelle Chandler

I have worked at Precious children daycare for over 8 years. I previously worked in Childcare for 25 years. I am a qualified level 7 Childcare Assistant, First aid, Manual handling, HACCP. I am a manager in the Precious Children Daycare and a  team leader in preschool and supervises all new trainees. I lead the curriculum program for all the preschool with each room leader. I enjoy working with all ages and my favourite
activity is when we do activity plays and show and tell days.

Sabrina Chandler

Hi, my name is Sabrina and I have my level 6 and hope to continue my studies in the future. I am also trained in manual handling and first aid training. My job includes working in the classroom and assisting school pickups. I communicate with parents on how the children are doing and pass this information onto the schools. To keep the service running smoothly I ensure all equipment is in good condition and stock forms are updated when necessary.

Oksana Ploshko

Oksana has first aid, manual handling and fire safety certificates. She also took part in a curriculum training course. Oksanas role includes working alongside Caroline in assisting within the day to day running of the administration and records of both Precious Children Daycare Creches. Oksana ensures that all government schemes are up to date. Oksana also drives children to and from school. She has a full clear driver’s license and is Garda Vetted. Oksana communicates with staff members to ensure effective communication between the children’s school and our afterschool service. This link between school, our service and home is an important part of ensuring the overall well-being of the children within our care. Oksana ensures that her car is cleaned and in line with covid regulations before, in between, and after each school pick up. Oksana works well as part of our childcare team and within our monthly staff meetings.  

Joanna

My name is Joanna, I started working in the Precious Children Daycare in march 2026, I’m working with children 11 years already. I started working in creche in Poland in 2015 as soon as I started my college. I have level 9 in Early Childhood Education. I have diploma in early childhood education and a diploma in the management of educational institutions. In the Precious Children Daycare I’m  assistant manager and room leader in the Preschool room. I love working with kids and help them develop trough fun and creative activities. I have first aid course, manual handling, fire safety and  children first course.

Iman

Hello my name is Iman, I’m form Spain. I work in Precious Children Daycare since April 2026. I have over two years of experience working in childcare. I have a QQL Level 6 Qualification in Early Learning and Care. My favourite activities are creative activities, painting and cooking

Michelle Castello

Hi, my name is Michelle. I have worked in the childcare sector almost ten years, recently qualified at level 6. Have fire safety course, first aid and haccap. My favourite activities to do with the children are storytelling, arts and crafts and cooking and baking

Andreas

Helle, my name is Andreas, I graduated in Early Childhood Education in Spain last year and I have been working in the childcare sector since beginning of this year. I hold a level 7 qualification. I enjoy supporting children’s learning and development through play and creating a safe, caring and positive environment. My favourite activities to do with the children are art&craft, outdoor play and sensory activities  

Tiffany

Hello, my name is Tifanny, I’m originally from Brazil. I have been working in the childcare sector for over ten years. I work with toddlers and pre-school. I have a level 8 qualification. I’m certified on first aid, fire safety and manual handling. I started working in Precious Children Daycare this year and have been amazing experience work here.  My favourite activities to do with children are messy play, art and craft and dance.
